Sandy Flaming I am a native Arkansan living here in the beautiful Ozark Mountains and Twin Lakes region of North Central Arkansas. The Mountain Home area is where I vacationed with my family as a child. In 2001, I made the Twin Lakes area my permanent home.
I have been truly blessed in my life. In December 2000, I received my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources. I received my Real Estate license in June of 2003. I enjoyed Real Estate so much that it soon became my passion. I loved it so much that I became a full time agent in June of 2004. In 2005, I received the Award for Excellence Gold Level for sales of 3 ½ Million Dollars. In 2006, I received the Award for Excellence Platinum Level for sales of 5 Million Dollars. In 2007, I received the Award for Excellence Silver Level for sales of 2 Million Dollars. In 2006 and 2007, because of my proven track record of sales volume, I became a V.I.P. member for Manchester Who’s Who Registry for Executives and Professionals.
My most recent local CENTURY 21 LeMac Realty Awards for 2009 are the Top Listing Agent and the Hustle Award. On the CENTURY 21® State Level, I received the Rising Star Award and Quality Service Award in 2009. I received all of these awards for helping all my clients in all price ranges from lake lots to weekend get-aways, to small retirement homes to mansions on the mountains. I’m a very hard worker who is dedicated to making my client’s dreams come true.
The people here in the Ozarks are warm, friendly and down to earth, where neighbor means neighbor and friend means friend. This area has a very low cost of living as well as a very low crime rate. Mountain Home boasts one of the area’s best medical facilities. Everywhere you look is a reminder that this is truly God’s country here in these beautiful Ozark Mountains. My clients are constantly surprised how much house they can get here for the money compared to where they currently live. For all the reasons mentioned above, you can see why if you don’t give this area a try you are only cheating yourself out of a better way of life.
